Caplena is a Swiss AI feedback analytics platform and ETH Zürich spinoff, founded in Zurich in 2018 by Maurice Gonzenbach and Pascal de Buren. The platform turns open-ended feedback — surveys, reviews, employee responses — into structured insights across 100+ languages. Over 200 organizations use Caplena, including DHL, Lufthansa, FlixBus, and IKEA. More than 50 million verbatims processed to date.
